Article 1 — Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales concluded on the Central Sweet online store between COMMERCECONNECT (trading as Central Sweet), a simplified single-shareholder joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1,000.00, registered with the Narbonne Trade and Companies Register under number 980 686 513 (EU VAT number FR81980686513), whose registered office is at 19 rue du Limousin, 11100 Narbonne — warehouse and contact address: 10 Rue Gabriel Lippmann, 66000 Perpignan — and any consumer. This online store is reserved exclusively for private individuals. Businesses (bars, restaurants, grocery shops, resellers) are invited to contact Central Sweet via the Contact page to access the dedicated trade offer.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges. Central Sweet reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders

Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. A confirmation e-mail summarising the order is sent to the customer. Central Sweet reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order, any order placed in bad faith, or any order manifestly intended for resale.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by bank card or by any other means offered at the time of payment. The order is shipped once payment has actually been received.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Perpignan depot to mainland France as well as to the European Union countries served by our carrier, the up-to-date list of which appears on the Shipping & returns page. Indicative times after dispatch: 24 to 48 working hours in France, 2 to 4 working days in near Europe, 3 to 6 working days in extended Europe.

Frozen products are carried by a specific refrigerated service with Chronofresh, at a controlled temperature of -18 °C. In order to keep the cold chain under control, they can be delivered in mainland France only and cannot be shipped outside that territory.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically in the basket according to weight, destination and the chosen carriage method, and are displayed before payment is confirmed. Should delivery be delayed by more than 7 days beyond the indicative time, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

Article 6 — Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt (art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), excluding perishable goods and unsealed products (art. L221-28). Return costs are borne by the customer. Refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Article 7 — Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8 — Personal data

The data collected is necessary for processing orders. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right of access, rectification and erasure by writing via the Contact page.

Article 9 — Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer ombudsman [ombudsman to be appointed]. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
