Zones and delivery times

We deliver to France and to most European Union countries with our carrier GLS. Orders are prepared in our Perpignan depot and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.

• France: delivery within 24/48 working hours after dispatch, to your home or to a GLS pickup point.
• Near Europe (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia): 2 to 4 working days.
• Extended Europe (Austria, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Baltic states, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 3 to 6 working days.
• Frozen products: shipped with Chronofresh, Chronopost's refrigerated service, which guarantees the cold chain right to your door (mainland France, 24 h delivery).

Packaging

Drinks and fragile products are protected by reinforced packaging. Frozen products travel in a Chronofresh insulated parcel at controlled temperature (-18 °C), with the cold chain fully respected.

Returns

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

Exceptions (article L221-28): perishable goods, frozen products and products unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
